Straight forward. You can speak to the owner and ask questions. The service department calls you to make sure you agree on a repair. They had what I want, they told me the price, I brought them a check. They loaded the snowmobile. Simple. Cannot ask for more.

This company is extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me when no one else would. I purchased a machine in February of last year that was delivered missing components. The dealership I purchased the machine through and Ski-Doo we're doing nothing to help me. After seeing multiple posts of mine on multiple Facebook snowmobile groups Joey Daigle went out of his way to reach out to me to assist me in completing my machine. He was able to get me all the part numbers so that I could talk to local dealers and get my machine completed. If this dealership was not three and a half hours away from me he would have a customer for life. Maybe someday they will open a dealership in Southern New Hampshire and I will be the first one in line. Thank you so much for your help it is more appreciated than you know.

Kudos to the owner! I was having problems with my ATV and was quite frustrated on what was wrong. I called up Dan and he was so accommodating... he came right to my house and diagnosed my problem and got me back on the trails in a jiffy.
